It has over 1100 assembly checking rules and over 300 fabrication checking rules, supporting all kinds of IPC guidelines. The step by step workflow is simple to learn and use, making analysis work easier and faster. After analysis, it could generate a unique 3D DFA/DFM report, so that the user could easily communicate with R&D department. Meanwhile Vayo could customize the report if there have special needs.

VayoPro-SMT Expert software

VayoPro-SMT Expert is a fantastic accelerator placement programming solution with patented intelligent technology. It is totally different from conventional offline programming software. It not only converts PCB CAD, but also transacts information with part library bidirectionally. SMT Expert provides functions like assigning/creating part data intelligently, correcting part rotation/polarity intelligently, validating existing part data intelligently, converting panel drawing from CAD & Gerber files intelligently.

VayoPro-Test Expert software

VayoPro-Test Expert is an intelligent testing tool for nail access testability analysis, test strategy analysis and ICT/FP/AXI/AOI program generation. It comes with powerful & flexible nail selection rules, and generates DFT/testability with comprehensive content (13 categories). Test Expert offers an easy way to accomplish advanced test strategy analysis and estimate the coverage to typical manufacturing defects (open/short/missing/…) for major test & inspection approaches. Finally it supports the output for many testers (ICT, flying probe, AXI & AOI).
